FOLLOWING several successful events for Latin Heat Rugby League so far in 2016, we are looking for a number of target groups to help the expansion of the game.
GYG Latin Heat welcomes all players of South and Central American heritage (including from the Latino nations of the Caribbean) aged between 14-40, but specifically at this time seeks:

It is hoped teams representing these four nations can be added to the existing contestants for this October’s Latino Nines. Current nationalities represented are Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Peru and Uruguay. We will gladly accept new players from these countries also.
>> Junior players of Latin American descent born 2000 or 2001 for the Harmony Cup (Under 16s) in October.
>> Junior players of Latin American descent born 1998 or 1999 for the Redfern Nines (Under 16s) in September.
>>Any players living domestically in Latin American nations interested in participating in or forming Rugby League competitions in their country.
>>Latino-heritage players living in the northern hemisphere who can join the Latin Heat – North America for exhibition games in the near future.
